A Young Leader is a member of the Senior Section who is
aged 14–18 and no longer participates as a Guide.
She may choose to assist with a Rainbow, Brownie or Guide unit and may
work towards the young leadership qualification, or the Adult Leadership
Qualification (if she is aged 16 or above). |

The role of a Young Leader (YL) is a fun and
educational one.
You will provide assistance and support to the Unit Guiders, helping with
planning and implementing of the programme.
In return you will gain valuable skills transferable for future life
either for Further Education or within the workplace
