Penkridge goes to Bollywood!

In November 2008 2nd Penkridge Guides 'travelled' East for a special Bollywood-themed meeting. All dressed up in bangles and saris, the guides took part in a traditional dance workshop run by the Bollywood Dreams Dance Academy.

Once they'd mastered the steps, through the wonders of green-screen technology and a little camera wizardry, the girls were 'transported' to India to perform their dance in the shadow of the Taj Mahal.

A selection of curries and naan breads provided the perfect ending to a memorable evening.
