Training site!

There is a training site available now (and will be after Go! Live) and can be accessed for training purposes.

Site - http://goonlineservicestrain.guk.org.uk

• User name - Registration Number - this can be found on your registration card
• Password - the word 'Password'

Please note that the Training site has been upgraded to reflect the 'Live' site as closely as possible. To familiarise yourself with all the changes please visit the up-to-date "How do I Go! Streamline?" documentation available on the Guiding Website.

Username and password distribution for the live site.

For Go! the username for all volunteers will be your Registration number. This number can be found on your Membership card.

The passwords will be distributed by email to all users 6 weeks before Staffordshire 'goes live', so that you can record information about the girls in your unit.

If you not have a password when Staffordshire 'goes live' with Go! you will need to contact the MSN Information Team to obtain your password. (Telephone number 0161 941 2237) Passwords will be given after the usual Data Protection questions have been answered correctly such as your date of birth, membership number, address etc.

Forgotten Password

If you forget your password, there is an automatic online routine to have a password emailed to the user. The system will ask you for your email address so that the forgotten password can be emailed directly to you.
